Dr Sihe Mlambo
Managing Director
Cardiovascular Perfusionist Specialist with extensive experience is Sub Sahara after training Netherlands, Belgium and UK to obtain PhD with super speciality in ECMO Extra Corporeal Membrane Oxygenation. He has worked for corporate companies leading in the Biomedical device.
To mentioned the few Projects in Sub Sahara Africa which he formulated :
- Spearheaded and started a Cardiac Surgery in Zimbabwe and Kenya.
- Established first board of Certified Specialist in Perfusion in Africa outside South Africa called APSSA.
- Did his Post Grad Diploma in Business Management at Mancosa with further MBA. It is this thirst for knowledge and diversified into Mining.
- Years of experience in Mining space including commodity trading i.e. wash plant management and commercial trade, storage and Logistics.
Daphne Lebese
Executive Director
An attorney and business woman who obtained her LLB degree from the University of South Africa and has been in the legal fraternity for over 15 years within which she had briefly joined the Judiciary serving as an Acting Magistrate between 2014-2016.
It her exposure to commercial law, mining law and international trade laws that fed her interest to diversify into the mining space.
She is the member of, Women In Mining South Africa (WiMSA)
Thabo Thabane
consultant
He has a vast experience in Project Management, Business Development, and was involved in various Gold processing and Refining projects in Africa, Coal resale and site establishment.
His company Leota Holdings Pty Ltd is a multifaced company which specializes in Commodity trading, Gold, Coal, Mining and lastly Lean Project Management. They are also involved in strategic partnerships with various companies in different sectors.
